Clemson down 21-7 shut down the Texas A&M cheese offense, forcing them to throw to a covered half back on near/hb screen all game.
Clemson forced 2 picks and went on a 21-0 run to take a 28-21 lead late in the 3rd. Texas A&M tied it, and then Clemson went to work on the clock. 1st down on Texas A&M 5 yard line with 1:00, the Clemson QB ran to the right and attempted to slide for a short gain and milk the last few seconds of the clock, before going in for the win.
But wait, the passing screens were up, and the ball is lobbed sky high from the right side up all the way over to the left side of the screen. Texas A&M intercepts, and takes a touch back, with about 1:00 left.
Texas A&M drives into Clemson territory and misses a FG with 2 seconds left.
Texas A&M scores a TD in overtime, Clemson runs out of time on their following drive, and Texas A&M takes the win.
Texas A&M 35 Clemson 28 OT

LMAO THE EXCUSE TRAIN IS IN TOWN!!!
First off, it was the Orange Bowl, not the Fiesta.
The Fiesta saw Miami stomp Stanfraud.
Second, it was 35-28, not 42-35.
And Thirdly, you tried one too many float lobs...TOO BAD!!!!

you threw the mother-of-all-lobs a 40 yarder, that was right after a 3rd and long conversion on a tipped pass thew flew 10 yards for a catch.
Sometimes its better to be lucky than good.

Just as I thought I was going to slide down, and give you your last dose of MILK, my guy just lobs it all the way across the screen for a pick. Has to be one of my worse playoff losses ever. Enjoy it luck boi. We both know Miami91 would have never survived a Clemson Miami title game.
