I have made a minor adjustment to the schedule. I decided this within the last week. The original plan was for the schedule to consist of games vs div/conf/int-conf as 3/2/1, which would be 21 games and 10.5 weeks. Seeing as the league is imbalanced, the schedule will be div/conf/int-conf as 2/2/2, (playing every team twice), and will be 24 games and 12 weeks. This will bring the most balance.

BOOOOOO!
My 2 cents.
I loved the Divisional Format just like the NHL was in 91-92. The real NHL is imbalanced often. That is OK as it makes rivalries within division and interesting playoff match ups.
A balanced schedule is boring and makes divisions pointless.
If you have a balanced schedule then you should have no divisions just 16 teams and top 12 make playoffs.
Stick with the original 21 game schedule!

We could keep the 3/2/1 div/conf/intconf format, with 1 extra week of int conf games (jeff v tony, kyle v mac), this would 3/2/1.3 , and be a 23 game schedule.

How about 18 games 3/1/1.
I assume that once I have played 12 games, I will have played everyone once.
At that point it could go pure divisional. 2 more games against each team in your division.
Plus.
It gets us to the Playoffs sooner. No Regular season drag.

Thats a too small. The playoffs are divisional, therefore there will be a good dose of division games no matter what. I will keep it at 3/2/1, which has been the standard for NHL since we moved online, and add one extra intconf week, which will be the tinyest measure to balance.
This league is moving faster than any league before, so we will done much sooner than I anticipated.
