Here is a pack of files needed for league play. We are using the regular equipment, Gens Plus, Kaillera, NHL rom, but there is one difference this season. Kaillera has been upgraded to Peer2Peer. In old fashioned Kaillera there is a server in the middle, peer to peer takes out the middle server, and cuts out much of the lag. To join a game in P2P Kaillera, you need no special settings. To host a game (without router) you need no special settings. To host a game WITH A ROUTER, you need to port forward your router, OR both people use Hamachi, OR change from P2P to Client mode, and join a server. In NHL Hockey, the player who hosts the game is automatically the home player. Hamachi will be the easiest choice, since all or most of us are behind routers. Hamachi is a tiny program that makes a virtual LAN (local area network) between you and your opponent. Looks like AIM sort of, you join same network as your friend, and you see each other along and their hamachi IP address. Use hamachi IP address for kaillera, and no problems.
