In a game that TCU started to pull away at 17-3, Miami fought back. In the second half Miami had 2 dominating, fast scoring drives to keep TCU from pulling away, but Miami also threw interceptions before and after these two drives. TCU managed to strike back with 2 scoring drives of their own, and was leading 27-20 in the final minute, when Miami drove into TCU territory, and kept getting first downs, while the clock counted down. Finally at 4th and goal from the 1, with 15 seconds left, a Miami shotgun pass was overthrown, and TCU had survived a close Miami tie or upset. TCU 27 Miami 20 Attachments:
