Pitt had a streaking tight end open at the 5, he caught the ball, but was tackled near the end of the 1st half at the 2 yard line. Now with 2 seconds left, and 4th down, tied at 14, Pitt had to kick a FG. 17-14 Pitt at half.
2nd half, Pitt picks off the Cross Pass to HB play, which was forced one too many times, and goes up 24-14. Baltimore managed to scrape up enough offense for another TD later in the game. Teams traded some punts.
Midway in the 4th, Pitt was driving to put the game away, up 24-21. The ball moved into Baltimores side of the field with about 3:30 remaining or so, but after a big sack, Pitt was not able to convert the 1st down, and put the game away.
Baltimore took over with about 3 mins and munched the clock, and fought for yards. With 18 seconds left, Baltimore converted a desperate 3rd and goal from the 4, to put off a tying field goal and overtime with Pitt once again.
After an internet outage on the Pitt side, the final 18 seconds were played out, and on the final play of the game, Pitt's QB from the 28 was pressured and he threw early and the ball went over the streaking receivers head.
