IT was a sloppy game, as it was John's 2nd time playing and Brett's first.
Wash jumped to a quick 14-0 lead but Brett finally figured out how good the OSU defense was and then started shutting Wash down.
However the Wash D was equally impressive getting a saefty, then a FG to make it 19-0 at half.
OSU would fight back, getting a FG then a td pass to make it 19-10 in the 4th, but Wash put it away with a td pass on their next possession.

OSU 6/18 123 yds 1 td 2 int passing
Wash 15/27 298 yds 3 td 2 int passing
OSU qb had a bad habit over overthrowing the ball, while the Wash qb was underthrowing the ball.
Funny play: Wash threw a swing pass and the rb caught it and dove for yardage, got hit, and the ball was fumbled in the air, no joke, 40 yards backwards, then recovered by OSU.
