Game is played with penalties OFF
offsides penalty is one timeout, if no timeouts, offending player must down ball for a loss and run 15 seconds off play clock on his next possession.
No fake kicks
No manual kick blocks, or moving defensive players in or out of position
all games are 5 min quarters

the offensive player must score a touchdown on "4th and goal from the 20 yard line or beyond on 4th down". Following the score the player must make a successful kick to add the conversion to the TD.
That is not an easy process, and is only practical when its do or die, so nobody can really take advantage of it.
