After taking the opening kickoff inside the Texas 10, and a quick 10-0 lead, Texas battled back.
In the final seconds Texas on the Aggies 26 yard line, 3rd and 5, needed a first down, to try for the win, or at worst could kick a tying FG on 4th down. But after a pressing the wrong button, the slow QB could not recover. Sacktime, 4th and 20 from outside the 40. Texas A&M blocks last attempt pass.
